Tell us which tool, your browser and version, the file type you used, and what happened versus what you expected. Since files never reach us, we can't see them — a description (or a harmless sample file's details) helps us reproduce the issue.

Very likely! Most of our tools started as user requests. Send the format or task you need and we'll evaluate whether it can be done privately in the browser.
